Registration

Registration: The in-person registration fee of US$650.00 includes all conference sessions, one (1) banquet ticket, and a subscription to Tobacco Science. The virtual registration fee of US$400.00 includes live access to the symposium, technical sessions, poster presentations and a subscription to Tobacco Science. Registrations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on August 23, 2023, will be charged the late registration fee of US$1,300.00 (in-person) / $800.00 (virtual). Cancellations received prior to August 23, 2023, will be refunded less a US$200.00 processing fee. Refunds cannot be given after this date. Hotel: We encourage all attendees to stay at the conference hotel - Norfolk Marriott Waterside. A special room rate of $180.00 plus tax per night can only be booked through the registration process. Requests for the conference rate will not be accepted directly with the hotel. A limited number of per diem rooms are available through the registration process. You will be required to show identification at check-in for the rate to apply. If other special arrangements are required, please contact the conference committee at info@tsrcinfo.com. Social Program: Registered guests are invited to join conference attendees for all meal functions and social events, including the welcome reception and banquet. No official tours are planned, but VisitNorfolk has provided helpful local planning tools which can be found on the conference website. The social program fee is $200.00 per guest.
